What a beautiful place to eat! It was a perfect find for our little mini break and I have never had Breakfast like that!
Full of flavour and the maple bacon was beautiful! Definitely will go again when we go for another visit!
It felt very relaxed and you were welcomed so nicely it felt like you could stay all day, like a home from home.
I highly recommend the Afternoon Tea at Greenberry Hill in Belsize Park.
Fantastic value for money at £15.50 per person with an optional upgrade for champagne for an additional £10 although I completely forgot about that when we got there.
But individual pots of tea with a choice of blends. Then pimms jelly, two macarons crem brule, chocolate ganache tart, two scones with clotted cream, sausage roll, then three sandwiches of cream cheese and smoked salmon, cheese and chutney and ham sandwiches mustard per person.
Truly was very good and felt very posh but in a completely relaxed setting.
We were the first customer for their Afternoon Tea experience as they only started yesterday. So the staff were very excited about it. They were absolutely lovely too and very friendly.
It was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon with friends for a pre birthday treat.

Coming from the Belsize Park subway underground station is literally 3 minutes walk through a quite friendly area. As I walked in I was greeted by Stefano, despite the questionable hairstyle he was friendly and quick. As you walk in the modern style bar on the right hand side immediately caught my attention, making me feel slightly underdressed for the occasion. However, the several type of people filling up most of the numerous tables put me at ease immediately as I properly fit. My seat by the window allowed me to observe the well stock bar as it is open all day. Several nicely upholstered stools surrounded the bar making it even more tempting, even for a non drinker as I am. As I seated and looked at the menu, it showed several choices including breakfast at a lunch time. I was served in less than 10 minutes as the restaurant was at roughly 75% capacity. I picked the breakfast plate which pleased me with a phenomenal sausage, eggs, bacon strips and sourdough bread, with mushrooms on the side. I was full half way through the dish but kept going, while it was so delightful. Still jet legged I opted to try a piece of cheesecake at the end, as I am an avid fan of it. I’m not afraid to say it was the best tasting cheesecake I’ve ever had. As I inquired with Stefano, my server about the incredibly delightful taste he told me all the food is primarily home made. I didn’t need to ask anything else. I highly recommend the place even if you aren’t in the neighborhood, It’s worth the trip. For me, as I flew in from the United States few hours prior it was absolutely worth it! I would go back for more.
